Had a great experience with Mike and the team! From start to finish, the customer service was excellent, professional, and straightforward. They made buying a vehicle in London, Ontario easy and stress-free. Great selection of used cars, used trucks, SUVs, pre-owned vehicles, and quality vehicles for sale in London, ON. Mike was helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was taken care of. If you’re looking for a trusted used car dealership in London Ontario, auto dealer in London ON, or a local car dealership with great customer service, I definitely recommend checking them out. Great experience all around!

Purchased a used vehicle. I had pretty much already narrowed my choices and the test drive was a formality. The overall sales experience was wonderful. Even after my purchase, the experience was great such as compensating my purchase of a jack kit, and an extra key was found and mailed out to me. I can easily recommend anyone to come here for your next car purchase.

I had a great experience buying two used vehicles from this dealership. The first BMW was purchased about 6 months ago, and because that experience was so positive, I recently returned to buy another one. Mike, Dan, and Joe were fantastic to work with—honest, knowledgeable, and very patient. Both vehicles were in great condition and exactly as described. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth, and there was no pressure at all. I highly recommend this dealership and truly appreciate the excellent service from Mike, Dan, and Joe.

We drove a long distance to look at three, 2018 Ford Edge Titaniums, at 3 different dealerships. When we got to the city, one dealership said the vehicle sold a few hours ago, at the second high-end dealership the vehicle was in poor looking condition including horrible rust under the hood. We walked away. The 3rd and final stop was Downtown Motor Products. We were very...

My partner has dealt with Mike for years now. Every car hes gotten was amazing in great condition and amazing prices. Very friendly staff working there never felt judged or out of place when walking in. Going to be sticking with this dealership for any vehicle I may need in the future.

I just purchased a 2009 Volkswagen Eos from downtown motor products. Mike negotiated a very fair deal on a trade for my Pontiac Solstice. While all other used dealers did the predictable lowballing on the trade, Mike offered a very fair price and moved quickly on closing the deal. Prior to delivery, Mike helped with arranging an upgrade to the Rims and tires and tinting...
